ICAN Basketball Membership Cancellation Policy
All ICAN Basketball memberships are billed automatically each month on or around the date you originally signed up. By enrolling, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method on file.
Membership Cancellation Policy
To cancel your membership, you must email [email protected] at no later than 14 days prior to your next billing date.
Cancellations submitted two weeks your next billing cycle will take effect the following month.
Verbal, text, or in-person cancellations are not accepted. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Class Package Policy
Packages expires in 120 after purchase. Classes mus be used up before then.
Class Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled class, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit for that session.
Slam Dunk/ Elite Membership
For Slam Dunk Members, the month cannot be held over and the time start exactly 4 months from the start date.
There will be a $15 no show fee for classes missed
This policy ensures we can manage coach scheduling and class availability fairly for all members.
Refund Policy
All sales and transactions are final.
No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for:
Missed sessions
Unused membership time
Failure to cancel on time
